Link: Alone but not lonely: Mindfulness during COVID-19 – A good companion to the article that I posted earlier. I am an extrovert, so I get energized by being with others. I envy my bbn introvert friends who joke that they have been training for all their lives for this! But about 2 months in to “the great pause” I realized that for me this time could be another go at the ongoing adventure of making friends with solitude. So far (most days) so good. I don’t think solitude will ever be my natural habitat! But it is feeling like a place I could enjoy going for a leisurely walk.
