Link: Ask These 4 Interview Questions to Screen for Emotional Intelligence – What a joyful day I had this past week, doing back to back presentations in Sandusky on Emotional Intelligence part 2 for a highly motivated group of 80 health care leaders who wanted more after the Intro session of 6 months ago. (They see the possibilities!) followed by an hour lunch presentation to Sandusky SHRM members on Hiring for Emotional Intelligence. The HR people were as much fun as the leaders in the morning, and had such cogent remarks on their own experiences and of course, our goofs too…anyone who’s ever hired personnel has made some goofs and interviewing for EI is one way to avoid more of those.
