A youtuber named Nathan Lozeran has been producing very good overviews of books that any leader who embraces a growth mindset would likely appreciate. These short youtube videos are each accompanied by a nicely formatted, clearly summarized pdf that covers the books main points. They’re perfect for me personally and very useful to leaders who want to do team development. Here’s a link to one of the pdfs Nathan recently produced on Drive, the EXCELLENT new book on motivation that avoids motivational fru-fru and is evidence based. It’s by Daniel Pink, a famous name in positive psychology research.
