Living with Personal Passion

This session is a day of mindfulness — is a gift of remembering that each of us is a human being, not a “human doing”. Cultivating a habit of focused attention reduces stress, and is an important life habit for busy people. Take time to reflectively assess yourself as a “passionate living” person, and let yourself be mentored by the wisdom of artists, poets, and mystics who struggled themselves with the yearning to become fully alive. The day includes an award winning film, lively discussion, self assessments, and video vignettes. This is serious fun for the zest-full and the wanna-be zestful!
