Judging by what I hear from participants in webinars and workshops, I think I vote for being able to opt out if the meeting isn’t one to which you can make legitimate contributions. This waste of employees’ time is probably the biggest complaint that surfaces in training. And I am not by any means of the “all meetings are a waste of time” mentality. I love a good meeting, emphasis on good!
